where can i find a 4g63t motor?

WTF where can i find a 4g63t motor? and how hard would it be to go from a 91esi to a 91tsi front/awd?? any help is grateful

Most junkyards have them, along with places like Kar King... though be warned, many (including KK) will try to sell you a non-turbo block, and insist that the oil squirters aren't really needed. Might try MitsubishiGraveyard.com, or there's always the option of a built engine from RRE, Buschur or SBR.

Going from an N/T to a turbo requires quite a bit of work, actually. ECU replacement at the very least, along with the engine wiring harness, as the NT doesn't have a knock sensor.
It'd be a hell of a lot easier, cheaper, and less of a headache to just sell the ESi and buy a TSi.

There are alos many on ebay. Just be carefull who you get one from. I have seen some nice rebuilt ones for sale. Even some dsm stroker engines.

Theirs a guy in New York that does nothing except import engines and 4g63T. His ebay name in engineman100 and his website is www.overbore.com. I have spoke to him many times and have asked him numerous questions, he knows what hes talking about!

Thanks guy's yea i used to own a gsx but not anymore it had a coil pack problem and i didnt think of checkin it out so i sold it yea i was pissed....but i think i might sell the esi its got a rebuilt motor 4500 miles ago... but the guy i got it from touched the hot to the engine and something happened so now you have to jump it to get it goin but when its goin its gone.... uhm yea thanks again

If the car needs a jump then its most likly a battery needs replaced, terminal loose or worn out, or alternator needs replaced take it to autozone or advanced and they will test the alternator and battery to see if they are good. Does the starter start the car?

thanks silver. uhm the alt and starter are new .....but he said that he was replacing the battery and he went to go and put the hot on the batt. and the hot fell and touched the motor and it sparked....but he said if you jump it, it will start. and run forever... so....
