Suppose to be big 16g. Its numbers are 1410 not 1420. The ex. housing is a 6cm, but compared to my 14B the "16g" has like plugs under by the oil and water lines that the 14B doesnt. Are these wastegates on these interchangeable also? The supposed 16g one is super rusted. Thanks in advance, I couldnt find anything under the numbers 1410.

####. I got taken. Its a 14B, I should have researched more. $175 out the window. But why does this one have these extra holes plugged by the coolant lines compared to my other 14B that doesnt have them?

Try the link I gave in the thread below (I tried to get it to work for me just once with no results, but perhaps you will have better luck):

How about posting up some photos for reference?

Ill get some photos. Im pretty sure its a 14B, the numbers say so and the turbine looks so, its just the extra fittings that are blocked off under the coolant lines that puzzle me.

you can easily tell a 'b' turbo from a 'g' turbo because the 13g/16g/18g/20g all have staggered fins on the compressor wheel, whereas the 9b/14b/etc have fins that are all the same height. Easiest way to tell. knowing it's a 16g won't tell you whether it's a small, big or evo3 though.

that should help

Thanks, thats what I was thinking, the fins on it are identical to my other 14B. Thanks, I just got ripped off.
