Okay, i bought an ACT 2600 to install onto my 96 GST Spyder. My clutch was going out so i figure i would upgrade to it. I started having problems after it was installed...
1. Slave Cylinder was leaking, so it was replaced.
2. The new slave cylinder blew its piston out and bent the rod to a 90 degree angle. The clutch pedal at the same time was getting harder and harder to push in each time it was pressed in.
3. Replaced the 2nd SC with a new one from another place, and after a full day of using the clutch, it started getting harder and harder to press in the pedal. Also, it was starting to not allow the clutch to engage the gears. When we got it to my house, we bled the system and it got better for a little bit. It took another 100 pedal presses and it is now doing the same thing.
What is going on? Please help, thanks.
