Hey guys I really need some help I have been up all night trying to read all the different posts and try to find someone close to my setup to tuen my car with for now untill I can take it to the dyno. My setup is evo111 16g turbo, 680cc injectors, fuel punp 190, fmic, intake, wideband, datalogger, 2.5 inch exhsust, mbc, boost gauge, light weight flywheel. I just need somone that has similiar setup to chime in with their safc settings the Ne point, Th point and the hi and lo settings also how much boost there running. I currently have my th point at 30-80. Any help would be greatly appreciiated thanks.

Sorry for taking so long getting back to this thread, but I was in Vegas all last week for work.

Anyway, make sure you do all the routine stuff like:

1.) Gap plugs to 0.028"
2.) Boost leak check
3.) Check base timing
4.) Fuel filter (If necessary)
5.) Plug wires (If necessary)
6.) Blah, Blah

First thing you want to do is set your FT's. Set the sensor type in the SAFC to Karmen and make sure the arrow is pointing North East. Now set your Ne Points, set up your logger to display all three FT's. Start the car and let it warm up to normal operating temperature. If it's running rough, you might have to yank out 10% on the low throttle table until the car warms up.

After it's warmed up, rev the car to the first Ne point.....Let's say 1k. Watch the fuel trims and adjust the 1k Ne Point until you see the FT's hang around 100%. Then move to the next Ne point. Continue this until you reach the 4k Ne Point. Set everything above 4k to whatever value you got for the 4k point. For example, if the 4k Ne Point is -18%, then set everything above that point to -18%.

Now we can move to the high throttle table. Provided you don't have a 2g MAS and your car isn't an automatic, set all the Hi throttle Ne Points to -23% or so. Make sure your boost is set where you want it and set up the logger to display TPS, Knock, IDC and timing. Go ahead and make a short 3rd gear pull. Check the logger and make sure that the TPS (On the logger, NOT the SAFC) is reading a consistent 95%+ at WOT. If not, you need to adjust the TPS.

Go ahead and drop TPS from the logger and make a 3rd gear pull from 2.5k to redline and post up the log.
