Dont Know what to do??

well just finished doing a compression and leak down test.
Compression was 140 145 145 150 < i was real happy, thought my motor was great.
Leak down was 50% Rings 5.5% Rings 26% Rings 17% Rings.
i bought the car about three weeks ago and i dunno what to do. this is a serious leak. what you guys think i should do?? New Motor, Used Motor or rebuid??

id say get a new bottom end sense your heads fine right? get yourself a manual and diy!
