Just made some runs after a bit of tuning, and wanted to get some expert opinion on where I'm at. Mods in profile, but here's some specific info:

1. AFPR is at 38psi (no vacuum)

2. I have some knock showing up... probably some real, definitely some PK. I'm running 6 gallons of 91 with some race gas; actual octane is probably around 95-97 based on how it was mixed.

3. Boost leak test is good, except for very small leak at TB shaft seal.

4. Seafoam shows a leak somewhere around exhaust manny/turbo.

5. Set for 15-16psi boost; looks very steady with no creep on gauge.

6. Car is .. well... not so fast at WOT... mostly due to the timing pull because of knock mentioned above I'm guessing...

I'm still learning about the MAFT and tuning in general. I know I need better tools (DSMlink, EPROM, etc etc etc.), but I'm looking for help on getting what I can out of what I have for now.

I've got 4 MMCD logs here:

Idle: http://www.jcsautomation.com/temp/idle.xls

Steady Cruise: http://www.jcsautomation.com/temp/cruise.xls

Mild Accel (from stop through gears): http://www.jcsautomation.com/temp/mild_accel.xls

WOT (two pulls, 3rd and 4th gears): http://www.jcsautomation.com/temp/WOT.xls

Any help with analysis and suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Ok, here's what I am seeing...
Your low fuel trim is at 81% which means the ecu is trying to lean out the low speed mixture more. So lean your idle adjustment until that rises towards 100%. Being an the low side of 100% is ok, just move up a little so your ecu can make adjustments for weather conditions.
If you look at your idle log, you can see the FTO2 is also very low, another indicator of your settings being too rich at idle.
Idle also looks a little fast, consider resetting your idle speed.
Wow, the knock count under mild accel is crazy, maybe PK, but the knock in the WOT chart is a sign of more fuel being needed. Try adding some fuel to the WOT knob and try again.
I still use the MAFT in my setup, it is a decent tool, but aside from a little idle adjustment I run with everything zero'd and make adjustments in the maps.

Curious, soes the mild accel knock issue change with engine temp?

Not sure how ambient temp affects low RPM knock as it has been about the same the last few days (40-45*F).

As far as engine temp, that was logged after everything had come up to temp and then some.

This PK is killing me... I just don't see how that can be real knock during the mild accel.

On the WOT... I was running it more rich, but the car would bog down, and I STILL had knock. Also, the O2 sensor usually shows steady .92-.94 volts. Isn't this already towards the rich side?

WTF do I need to do? Run race gas in this thing to work and back? :)
