Automatic Tranny Fluid question

so i drained my auto tranny fluid in my 93 awd talon and then changed the filter and put it all back together. then i filled it up, the thing is, i filled the tranny up with a funnel going to where the tranny dipstick goes. i just didnt have a hose at the time to reach the filler plug on the tranny. is pouring tranny fluid into the tranny dipsitck hole wrong at all?

Filling thru the dipstick is perfectly fine.
