Keep grinding third... Help needed.

With my stock GST tranny, I grinded second to third, well that was cool and all, just thought it was a bad tranny since it had 166k on it. Well now that I have my Shep tranny that has 4,000 miles on it if I shift fast it grinds second to third also.. What could I do to stop this?
 
its not the fluid. With the Kaaz LSD you are required to run their fluid and thats what I'm using. Wonder if it could be because of hte slave or the master?
 
I also installed prothane motor mounts :( I'm thinking it is the master/slave because I noticed mine was leaking just a few minutes ago. My guess is that it's not got enough pressure to put the slave cyl. out far enough into th efork to push it back to totally disengage it. What were you also saying about clutch adj.?
 
I'm still needing help with this, I want to get everything taken care of before I get the motor back running. Could it also have something to do with the shift linkages?

I'd suggest replacing all the rubber bushings in the shift linkage with metal. I bought the kit years ago and I love it. I can't remember who makes/sells it, anyone else help me out here? Also check the shift cable bracket on the tranny for movement, many of those I see move around. A leaking hydraulic system shouldn't be hurting your high speed shifting unless it is a really big leak, or it is getting air into the system. How high is the engagement point of your clutch pedal?
