Cambridge,
Okay, I have been looking at Trading my Garrett .50 A/R for something with a smaller turbine housing. Currently the turbine housing is .84 A/R, which I think is way too large for my vehicle. I have two options right now for a possible trade:

1) Garrett T-72 .55 A/R Comp, .63 A/R Turbine. (Trade + Cash)
2) Another Garrett .50 A/R Comp, .48 A/R Turbine. (Straight up Trade)

Any suggestions on turbine A/R size? Preferences?

Thanks in advance.

How about an Evo III 16g? You're going to blow your engine with stock fuel system at 17psi with that turbo. Turn your boost controller DOWN. And get an AFPR asap. That 255 is making your car run like shit without one.

Oh I'm not running that turbo right now. I've got the 14b @ 17psi right now. And yes, the 255 is making my car feel like a dog. I have an AFPR in my sights within in the next month or so. Not planning on doing anything with the turbo until the spring.

If you go with a .48 A/R, it won't flow on the top end, but it'll boost sooner, so it's a good autocross setup, and would be fun to drive around town. The 0.63 will be a bit laggy, but it'll pull to redline. That'd be better for drag and overall topend power. It depends what you want to drive.
