Car Problem

I have a 1995 GS-T. I recently upgraded my turbo to an evo III big 16. When I drive and instantly press on the gas and get to about 4500rpm my car stutters, Then after a while it eventually goes up pass 6000rpm an works fine. If I gradaully press the gas an it reach 4500rpm it doesn't stutter it works fine.

I dont understand why is that, The guy who installed my turbo told me to get my car reflashed but I dont know where in New Jersey to go....

Did anyone have this problem before, if so where should I go, i need a good tuner to look at my car, I"m in New Jersey.

If all they did was a turbo swap, you don't need to do anything to your ECU. But you'll have to keep the boost low enough so that your current fuel setup can handle the airflow.

If that's all they did, you might want to do a boost leak test.

If they changed anything else during the turbo swap, let us know; that'll probably give us more ideas of a potential problem.

Also, you should update your profile so that folks know what you got.

Thas all they did, just the turbo swap. I had this problem before the turbo swap was even done though, so what do you think now?
