Quick fuel pump electrical connector question positive/negative

The fuel pump electrical connection is made up of two wires (Black and Blue). Which one is the postive wire and which one is the negative wire? I'm assuming that the black wire is postive and the blue is negative, is that correct?

The black is the ground, blue is the positive. It's mentioned in the 5th page of this fuel pump rewire article.
