So im wanting to get the afpr kit from FFWD and then also get 660CC injectors from my walboro....will I need an SAFC or am I ok with with just this....if im not correct the computer wont recognize I have 660cc injectors unless i get a piggy back system right?

Yes you need the SAFC to compensate for the injectors. Only problem is this will lie to the ECU and cause timing advance and on a 1g that can be a PITA to tune with. 550's are usually the highest you should go on a 1g but it can work with 650's.

The best route to go is get an eprom and have it burned to compensate for the injectors and can do a lot of other stuff. Or buy dsmlink.

What turbo do you plan on ultimately running and what are your power goals for this car? It's my understanding that 660's can be a little more difficult to tune with the SAFC compared to 550's although I have no peronal experience with that. Maybe someone who has done it can give some input. Also, what size fuel pump do you have? You do not need an afpr if you are running the 190 but it is needed for the 255.

If you get the AFPR, you could theoretically tune with fuel pressure to compensate for the oversized injectors. However, you'll still be able to hit fuel cut because the ECU reads MAF frequency to determine if it has enough fuel, regardless of injector size. If you don't run more boost than normal, you could tune the fuel pressure to be driveable. But you won't gain any power until you have some electronics, return the fuel pressure to normal, and turn up the boost.

thanks for the input...what road do you guys think i should go down...I want to get A big 16G evo III and i already have a walboro 255....so what tuning device should i go with? My HP goals would be around 800 hp...j/k haha....more like 325 - 350 what could get me there fast??
