i just finished installing 4 rotors and 4 sets of pads on my 95 eagle talon. i put the rotors and pads on correctly( the rotors are turning in the correct direction).
when removing the driver side rotor i forgot about the parking brake being on. i tried to force the rotor off a little but did not over force. doing so i bent the dust cover.
after realizing the ebrake was on i turned it off and finished my install. now the assembly makes a scraping sound. it intensifies when the car is turning right putting
all the weight on that side. however if i pull the ebrake a little when turning the sound completly goes away.

i tried adjusting the e-brake wire
i cleaned the best i could without taking the assembly apart
do i need to take the rotor off and adjust?
i cannot access through the hole in the rotor because the braking parts inside are not lined up?
