I jus bought a bastard 20g and plan on running an external wastegate.
I was wondering which is better, getting a tubular exhaust manifold with the external gate setup or a tubular 02 housing with the gate port on it?
I just don't want to have to deal with boost creep!!

Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,

wastegates on the manifold are usually the better setup if you can afford a good one (not an ebay 99 dollar special). o2 housings still work though.

cheers

Save your money on the tubular mani. Apparently, they're prone to cracking, and they don't buy much performance over a ported 2g until you're flowing a LOT of air. Many folks get a ported 2g mani with an external WG flange welded to it.

Ask around, though. This is just based on what I've read.
