Im going to have about $1500 to spend in the next couple of weeks....
As of now my engine is completely stock except for a 16g (not sure if big or small). Also, keep in mind this engine is in a 92 dodge colt so I dont need too much power to go fast ;)

Do Matenence first, then i'd probably do injectors, fuel pump, safc, and mbc. If you have extra money maybe just get a custom exhaust made.

I was thinking blow-thru set up, fuel pump, injectors, ebay core, 3" DP, and SBR lsd insert. Also, I forgot to mention I have a ACT 2600 already in...

lets say, supporting mods for the turbo, such as injectors fuel pump etc, and then keep the money in a bank account for maintenance....

$1500 could do alot and/or not enough...

(and yeah for future reference it would help alot if you keep an up to date profile about your car)

Try go fast with class... I can not stress enough that power is as important as maintenance, and there comes reliability as a result. The more "well maintained" your car is the better it will perform at all times, do the opposite and expect it to break for (sometimes) the smallest things...

Make sure everything works good:
Iginition: plugs, wires, coils, transistors, groundings, etc
Timing components: belt(s), pulleys, tensioners, BTDC, etc
Cooling: Thermostat, radiator (leaks), propper coolant and coolant level
Suspension: shocks/struts, alignment, strut bars, brace bars (depending on what your goals may be)
Brakes: Good pads and rotors, look for old brake lines, check fluid level, etc
Check your alternator for good voltage, battery life, power steering leaks (if available), engine belts, gaskets, hoses, electrical wires and conections etc...
(and all the rest of maintenance stuff I may have forgoten)

If you think about it, at this point you already found some things that may need replacing, so take care of that first before you go higher in performance...

Now:

Focus on power, like you said you could go witha eBay Fmic setup, mine cost me around $300 for a big FMIC and aluminum piping, Fuel setup for around 350 you could get a 190lph and some 650cc, and avoid an AFPR for now (but don't discard for your future mods), Maf-T blow thru setup, around $250 (new MAFT and used GM maf) or look around for a used setup and it could be cheaper... if you want to go cheap and street on the exhaust get a cut-out and open it at the track only, otherwise, for now you won't need anything bigger than 2.5", but if your future plans are to upgrade turbos then make a better choice than that. You already have a clutch for high power on a 16g, well then, you'll be getting some hop, so save your cash and DoNot get inserts, instead get good motor mounts, a real LSD, or some good slicks (if you plan to hit the track often) if instead you don't care about launch but top end power instead, well then get you some nice street cams, Comp's, FP's or HKS or the brand of your choice, but if you'll be hitting the track often then you definetaly want traction, so slicks will be your best bet for now instead of getting more power when you can get it to hook up as it is... again... it all depends on your goals...

Power mods are plenty out there to support the 16g (heck for all I care slap a set of cams, bigger than stock fuel setup, FMIC, and a SMIM (you should make it with $1500 and you'll see a crazy big difference than how it sits now), also you're going to get all kinds of answers about how to route your setup, but if you want power and reliability don't forget maintenance, its very important and do things right, take steps and upgrade accordingly.

I did a 4g63t swap in a colt before, and my biggest issue was traction. So I would do all the basic injectors, fmic, fuel pump, and definately invest in slicks.

If you only have $1500 and aren't going to have that much power, you should ditch the gm maf setup and go with a 2g mas. Lots cheaper, less problems and more practical for you. Besides, its in a sleeper colt, so you dont want a loud bov venting ;) Spend the extra money on the fuel upgrades, some good tires to hook up, and some nice cams, like comp, FP, or Brian Crower.
