Weird shifting problem

I've been having a weird shifting problem lately. When ever I up shift from 2nd to 3rd, it won't even move out of neutral. Like for example, I'll be in 2nd gear, i'll push the clutch, put it in neutral, and proceed into 3rd gear; except it won't even budge out of neutral. So i'll take my hand off the shifter, and proceed to try to put it into 3rd gear again, and it goes in perfectly fine. It does it at idle too when at a complete stop. It's really strange. It started doing this out of no where. I've had the same problem happen with 4th gear before and then it went away after a few days. Any ideas?

Syncros are bad? Have you tryed tranny fliud flush some have said that help i know there is one that has the best solution for this problem but i cant remember whats it called.

Synchros fine, goes in without grinding perfectly fine. And i've changed my tranny fluid like 5 times in a month.

Adjust your shifter cables perhaps?
