is there a quick and easy way to replace the Cam seals?

we found they were leaking. we dont want to break the cam sensor on, from what we heard they break easy.

any suggestion/help? Thanks a lot.

this is on a 2G 7 bolt.

Replacing the cam seals is not bad but must have some undercar experience. Just follow the how to install camshafts like HKS. You need to take out the camshafts to replace the cam seals. This is what I did when I changed my cams. Just watch the sensor near the cam gear.
