Fluidyne 4G63 Damper

I decided to buy it(http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=5809&). I dont think it will have any bad effects, so I decided to get it, and if for no other reason that when I asked about it I recived 0 first hand experences. Ordered it from SBR. I am going to post as much info on the product as I can, including exact specs, and any noticable changes if feel, sound, power ect... Do you guys think that I should take pictures of the install, even though its only like 4 bolts, I have seen people ask about it. Let me know weather or not I should do a "How To" and I will keep you guys posted on the pully.

for $300 what will it do for me?
who actually runs ANY high performance damper that I can even relate to?

I think it would be spent elsewhere, for the buttdyno to figure out eh?
