I have been having a really high idle and i want to fix it but i do not know where my isc is. I am currently idling around 2300-3000 most of the time. Sometimes i am around 1500ish. I have fixed all of the vaccuum lines and have adjusted the biss screw but the idle just goes back to where it was before. Now i want to take off my isc and test it but i do not know where it is so i took pics and hopefully i can get some help.

(Cliffs:: I have a high idle problem and i want to locate my isc.)

So i unplugged the isc and looked at it and plugged it back in and my idle got a little better. It went from about 2500-3000 to steady around 1500ish. Im going to take off the entire thing tomorrow and test it.

You have an original ISC on a 95. That makes it almost 12 years old. It's probably dead or dying, and cleaning the plug contacts will do little to correct the problem, long term.
