Anyone Using a Cheap E-bay Datalogger?

I have searched for this topic and can only find posts that are a few years old. Much changes overtime, so I thought I would post the question again. I found this logger on E-bay:

Any expearience with this product? It seems to be similar to the pocketlogger.

Also, I allready have a laptop and was interested in finding a datalogger that I can use with the laptop instead of a PDA, but can't seem to find much.

I recently purchased a 1st gen AWD Talon with many Mod's and no way to log or view knock readings or any other parameters. I will be ordering a LM-1 in the next few days and want to order a logger at the same time.

Yes that will work great. Make sure it has teh MMCD software, if not its easy to find online.

I got a response from the seller on E-bay...It does in fact come with the mmcd software.

Most datalogging software for sale on ebay is a copy of the original data logging software and its well worth it. i bought the cable and software for $15 about a year ago. The even cheaper data logging software than what you are looking at works great!

I have an ebay cable and I also bought a refurb'd m100 on ebay. based on what i spent and what you're looking to spend, id say thats a fair deal. the only bad thing about my setup is I have the 3 quick disconnect setup (similar to his "competitor cable" pic) and id rather have the real plug style like that but eh, ill live

i had an ebay datalogger with obdgauge that work intermittenly.. i don't know what the problem is, sold it and didn't hear any complaints from new owner

My datalogger was probably the best way ive spent money on my car, helps out so much. I just bought one of the colored m130 palm packages off ebay. Awesome kit, it came with everything the guy even threw in a free case. The kit was ready to go just plugged it in and it already had the program installed. It was a little more then those other kits but palm included is so much nicer and you can actually see what your doing at night.
