Hey, i have an intercooler that 30 inches wide and its already mounted up front but im trying to run the piping and the driver side wont be a problem byt the passenger side looks like theres gonna be some clearance issues. Can anyone advise me with a routing plan for the piping if you have pics i would appreciate it

Thanks
Ryan

The pipe on the right goes up to the throttle but the pipe on the left doent go anywhere its just a piece that i have in the coupler because i was not sure how to route the piping and im not sure if this helps but the outlet on the turbo points down toward the bottom of the radiator.

Are you missing piping? If not just play with it til you figure out how to get it. You could by some universaly i/c piping on ebay also.

ohh i just wante to know what the recommended route to bring the pipe in on the left side was. because it looks like it will hit the ac compressor and the fan shrouds might be a problem also

sorry if im stealing this tread but what's the biggest size dimensions u can obtain from an intercooler to fit in a 93 talon without doing extensive fabrications?

i see you have a 420 nt, well ,can you clock the turbo so it faces slightly upwards(or downwards, just clear the fans and the mounts on your subframe) , then get heat wrap, and a 90 degree slicone bend, then rout it towards the passenger side, ditch your wiperfliud reservoir to gain some room.

edit: i dont have a 420 but i know your engine is on the passengerside..

so try this (,made a pic of what i mean ) all dsms have a hole where the upper ic pipe goes on the gst..its there,so use that hole for your hot pipe to the fmic.. (hole is the space in my silly drawing) then use heat wrap because your going to be awefully close to your manifold . post pics of your engine so more people can get some ideas together.
