hey guys well i replaced my stock oil feed line to a aftermrket one, which goes from the oil fiter to the turbo, but when i try to close my stock line which comes into the engine block,i mean i try to replace the jumbo bolt to a regular one i messed up the threads from the engine block is there any ways that i could fix that??? because im getting really bad oil leak from there, ill tryed to put some metal glue but it doesnt stop the leaki know that there is a really high oil pressure,so the gue holded for like half a day :sosad: i was thinking to make new threads but all that metal crap would go into my engine,so i stayed away from that,is there any other ways to fix this???

Just run a bigger tap into it, and when you are done, use a Shop Vac and suck out all the shavings. Most of the shavings will fall down into the oil galley and into the oil pan anyway, and there is a screen on the oil pump.

Well if you go slow with a well greased tap it will pick up most of the shavings itself. If the threads arent that badly damaged there wont be much shavings anyways.

Clean up the threads. put some plumbers tape on the npt fitting and plug up the hole
