I soon will be installing a 5031 RLE DBB PTE. Before I install it I would like to know what FMIC, what size injectors, and fuel pump you guys think would be best suitable for the turbo. It will be for pump gas only and I will be using a maft pro for fuel control. Consider money is not bieng a factor.
 
A Walbro 255 HP with an Aeromotive AFPR will take care of the fuel. For injectors I'd recommend a minimum of 750's and would prefer that you ran something like 850's for more headroom and lower IDC's. An SBR Race FMIC is a sweet piece but you can do just as well picking up an ebay core with 2.5" piping to save a few bucks.

The MAFT is not going to be friendly to those injectors so if money is no object I'd recommend DSM Link, a good set of cams and perhaps a JM Fab SMIM if you have any extra left over.

Andy put it very well. You will want a little more fuel just to be safe, since most injectors are the same price might as well keep some room open. As far as intercooler goes a good sized core will do nice but as Andy can tell you, you don't need a 24x12x3 core to get good numbers. If you are looking for something on the cheaper side and wanna run some higher boost on pump gas, I would recommend going with a Supra sidemount or maybe even staying stock and getting meth. injection. Just installed it on a friends car with this exact turbo and he was able to run 26 psi on the stock sidemount with meth. inj. Got scared after that LOL. I would recommend DSMLink as well since MAFT doesn't do the best with bigger injectors.
 
Would the Maft Pro + Zeitronix Zt-2 + Keydiver chip be a good tuning setup?

You don't need that maf-t, it's just a waste of money at that power level. A keydiver chip, a 2g maf and a datalogger would get you the results you are looking for. You could add the wideband and possibly a SAFC for fine tuning.
