Is it possible that anyone could recommend some throttle settings Hi and Low
for a

2.3 6bolt
2g mas
T28 turbo
Fmic
660 injectors
255 fuelpump
Stock FPR
3 inch exaust
Comp cams
Timing 8º

After i changed my intake manifold gasket due to a boost leak i havent been able to get it right

At idle on low throttle, rev your car up to each rpm point up to 4k. Try to get the stft and ltft to add up to 0%. After you do that up to 4k use the 4k setting on the settings above. Then use the same low throttle settings on the high throttle settings. That will give you a base to work from, then go ahead and do 3k-7k+ pulls to get the high throttle even more dialed in.

i do own a palm logger but my dash cluster isnt functioning nor lighting before and after stock replacement... and it wont allow to data logger to run... all fuses and relays are good... i just cant get it to work....

start at -20% to correct for the size of the injectors.
then drive it to the dyno seeings how you cant see A/F for yourself.

all EGT's will read diferent but the gerneral DSM population sees 1300-1400 cruising on the highway, 900-1100 at idle and 1600-1650 WOT to redline. anything over 1700 and there go your pistons and rings (melting)

Unless your A/F gauge is a wideband it means nothing but a voltage reading.

Are you not over running your stock fpr with that 255? If you can't log and don't even have a wideband I'm going to go out on a limb and say it could be risky to attempt tuning.

thats what i said.

take 20% fuel out on the LOW side to somewhat what compensate for the larger injectors and diver over to the dyno so they can tune your HI side safely.

Another thing, if you DONT have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator i suggest you take care of that before anything else.
Dont drive your car around WOT if you dont have a way to control fuel
