Does anyone have a list of stock parts that restrict CFM from most restrictive to greatest?

In other words - - -
Factory exhaust (turbo back)
downpipe
o2 housing
intake
etc.

I've tried looking and have found nothing. . . And since its not PSI but CFM that makes power it would seem this would be more important than just "turning up the boost"
 
On your car it would be the exhaust manifold, O2, full exhaust, intercooler, intercooler piping, intake tube, MAS sensor, cams and if you port the head it will of course help. All this will help with CFM flow, your throttle body and intake manifold should be fine for awhile. What are your goals??? If you really wanted to get serious pull the head and port it and have oversized valves installed and more aggressive cams, then go with a Sheet Metal Intake Manifold (SMIM) and you should be flowing like a rapper at a free style contest. Okay, so let's see if I'm on the right page with what I have and what I'm adding in the next few months. (Hence asking about head rebuilding in another thread, I'm looking at building a performance head with cams and installing in March or so.)

Exhaust manifold - ported 2g
O2 - EVO III
Exhaust - 3" Turbo Back (getting in January, had to go back to stock for initial build)
Intercooler / piping - (FMIC, bar and plate, custom piping)
Intake Tube - No clue??? What are you talking about?
MAS - 2gMAS

I've obviously ditched the stock airbox and have a conical filter as well. . .
 
You are on the right page, the intake tube (rubber snorkel thing), replace that with a intake pipe.
