Burning Oil??

Well, I still cant figure out why my car is burning oil. I was thinking about putting on one of those breather things or an oil catch tank so I took off the hose and it was completely dry of oil so I dont think that would help. So what could the problem be. I just buned a little less 1 quart of oil over the last 2,000mi. Also my licp has oil comeing out of the coupler that connects to the intercooler. What is going on??

Also the car has 109Kmi. and the smoke is black but I've seen it turn blue a few times and I only get the smoke when I have 100% power (full turbo spool/full throttle)....I'm also replacing my intercooler soon because it has a hole in it, I can even stick my finger in the hole.

If your intercooler has a hole in it you need to fix/replace it now. It's amazing your car even runs. If you have oil in your intercooler piping your turbo is most likely blown. Take the air intake off and check for shaftplay in the turbo. Black smoke is usually from too much fuel. Which would most likely be from your leak in your intercooler losing boost. Do a boost leak test, check compression and shaft play and get back to us.

Just like 95blackGsTurbo says, Bad turbo seals sounds like the culprit.

I'm also replacing my intercooler soon because it has a hole in it, I can even stick my finger in the hole.
