3" Megan for GST

Since I cant post in the thread thats already running I have to post it here... So dont yell at me. The 3" MR catback for the GSX has gotten good reviews, but they dont make it for the 2WD. Is there anyway to make the GSX catback fit the GST? MR makes a 3" catback for the GST but its the same system they offer for the NT models, obviously thats not what I want. MR is also a lot less expensive compared to HKS and Apexi. I like how the GSX system has the adapter so you can later attach the test/down pipes. Thanks

The reason they make the 3" for both the gst and n/t is because the are both 2wd cars and have the same a** end to them. Why wouldn't it work. The only problem I see is the linkage between the exhaust and down pipe but you should have that covered

So its basically the same? I thought it was routed somewhat different b/c of the drive shaft?

What driveshaft? On a GST there is no driveshaft, its front wheel drive. So essentially the catback system for a N/T and a GST is the same, it will use the same bends due to they both have the same rear suspension setup.

Won't fit. Just get the GST one that also works for the GS.

Who makes a 3" catback for the GST? I didnt realize it until I really started looking but most of the systems are 3" for the GSX but 2.5" for the GST. Im gettin jipped here. I found a good deal on the hipower but again its 2.5. I might just say F it and go with the 2.5". Im not going to be making 98734975389475hp any way so I guess it wont hurt.

i have the 3" down pipe and catback from megan.. its made for running without a cat.. i think i paid 350 bucks for both shiped this was about a year ago. This is on a tsi FWD i just got the 3" version.. sounds clean and verry deep not overly loud.

VRS makes full stainless steel turbo back's for like $650 in either 2.5" or 3".
