Are they safe to paint? ALong with the cam holders? For the rockers are the rollers safe to paint? Can both sides,...wait EVErythinG be painted

If you are asking if you can paint the rocker arms, and the cam holders. I would say that would be a bad bad Idea, plus they are under a valve vover, who is going to see them? If you did do it and it chipped do you want paint flakes floating around in your oil?
 
You can paint them... if you paint your rods, pistons, and crank too. :D

Depending on the type of paint you use, they usually net about 2whp gain per rocker on average.
 
seriously though... why? you could definately anodize them. most aftermarket v8 lifters are anodized
