Ive read few threads about starting problems but i still have a few questions, where is the starter relay located at? and when i turn the key ON i hear the little noise inside the engine by by where the starter is...but i took the starter out...and its not it...its something else...i got the starter tested...and its fine...im not getting enough power to the starter motor...yes there is new terminals...yes the battery is fine...and ground wires have been replaced...my best guess would be if there is a relay maybe its bad? because it gets power for a second...then it doesnt...if any one could help me out this...i would apreciate it...and by the way i have a 1998 eclipse gs spyder...
