tranny suggestions

well my old tranny going out day by day,so i have saved up for a new tranny

i have two options on what tranny should i have to go with

1. turbotrix'es (stage1)

2.John's Shepherd's (stage1)

what are you guys suggest me to go with??

TRE is the way to go.

As I have not driven both Shep and TRE trannys I can't say for sure which is better but I will offer this; I have TRE synchros in my box with BG Synchro Shift and I can jam gears at 7k without a second thought, smooth as butter so I'm happy with their parts.
