I can't seem to find the part # for a Home Depot Racing grommets to be used as lower injector seals. I have them on my car and love them but my friend needs them but I can't seem to find the page could some one please help me?

just to add to this thread, I picked up the neoprene/rubber grommets to use as lower injector seals and they worked great.
cost $.73 each, and they fit ALMOST perfect. they fit in the head nicely, but they are a little loose on the injector. they are also just a touch thicker than the stock L.I.S. but they squish to fit.

um, I hate to tell you this, but the stock part is not a "do it once and do it right" part. the inherent nature of the material used to make the stock injector seals is to turn into hard plastic after numerous heat cycles leading to boost leaks. is that "doing it once and do it right"

NO(.)

I tried something new to see if it will perform better than the stock part.

and it has.

How have they performed better than the stock part? Because they don't leak? Of course they don't they are new. If you put on the same seals from the dealership they wouldn't leak either. Of course those seals are designed for that particular part. Those seals you have will dry up as well.

they are pretty cheap at the dealer, when you change them i would change the injector o-rings as well because when I did mine an injector came out then started to leak past the o-ring.

How cheap are you people??? even here in Canada where we pay 30% more for everything they still cost less than a dollar each. Cover the lower seals in dielectric grease and they will not dry up as fast.
