i own a 1997 gsx with a 6 bolt swap. I have a teamrip transmission that just put in a month ago. So here is where the problem starts. The car was making a squeaking noise. I figured out that it was harmonic balancer so i went to the mitsubishi dealership and got one and installed. So after the harmonic balancer i put my car down and went to start it.The car only cranks but wont start

I checked if it had spark it did

checked if it was getting fuel it does

So my next assumption was that the timing was off. I took it apart and fix the timing following the procedure from the vfaq from the site. I put everything back together and went to start it and had no luck. Then i check my comprewssion and it reads zero on all fou cylenders.

The car running fine before all of this. So i know i did something i just dont know what i did wrong.

Thanks for your time guys iappreciate your time.

Are you sure you had the right timing marks lined up correctly on the cam gears? They are marked every 180 degrees. If they are lined up incorrectly you could have a zero compression reading.

the dowel pins at 12 then the left sprocket at 3 and the right sprocket at 9 like if you were looking at a clock and i brought the piston all the way up
