Speed from the tach, speedo broken.

Well unfortunately my speedometer stopped working on me so I dont know how fast im going. I was hoping someone could help me out and tell me how fast I would be going in 5th gear at 2.5k-3k RPM, and a few speeds in between that range. Also, any ideas as to what could be the problem? The tach works fine, but the speedometer and the odometer dont work. thanks

The VSS went bad on you.
(Vehicle Speed Sensor).

Search the forums on how/where to replace it.
