need help finding pulleys

ok so i need to replace some of the pulleys. whenever it rains or the engine rpm seems to be lower than usual, voltage does not stay in the safe area. also, one of the pulleys kinda slaps against the side of the block. i was told they are the "harmonic and crank pulleys" but not really sure.

the one that DEFINITELY need to be replaced is the one right above the alternator. thats the one that hits the block and sometimes makes a low chirping noise when in low rpm. alternator and belt are both new and i tightened it really well so that cant be it...

where would i find these damn pulleys? have searched all over and no luck

Are you talking about the PS pulley or the water pump? The one that usually rubs is the crank pulley. Take a picture and circle it so we have a clearer idea of what you're talking about.

The PS pulley shouldn't get anywhere near the block. You want to replace your crankshaft pulley to fix the voltage problem.

i am talking about the pulley with the red dot...i think its the one above the crank pulley

That is the water pump pulley. If it sometimes hits the block, you need replace the water pump, not the pulley.

ohhhhhh. dude thanx a lot. yeah i bought a water pump, rebuilding motor so that will be replaced.

dammit, i swear, every other week, i find out there is something wrong with my car. couple months ago, wires shorted out (kept blowing mpi fuse), then alternator, after that find out motor is shot, then 3rd gear grinds, oil feed starts leaking, later, breather starts smoking like a damn train (has to do with blown motor) two weeks later, find out rear brakes are gone and right caliper seized....still have to figure out why the car shakes violently over 65 mph. haha dsms crack me up sometimes. all i can do is laugh and not let it bother me...

I don't think it has anything to with the fact that it's a DSM, it's most likely due to the car being 16 years old and not being maintained properly.

yeah i agree. horrible maintenance would be the culprit in this case since the car only has 89,XXX miles...
