Ok so Im pulling to the parkinglot at my job today and all of a sudden when I down shift I feel something grindeing in the cluch pedal when its completelly pressed. the car all of a sudden becomes really difficult to shift , all of a sudden its ok and Im able to shift. I park the car and turn it off. when I turn it back it makes a grindeing noise when the clutch is fully pressed but when I let off the clutch there is no noise. If I try to shift the car parked when the car is off I am able to go through every gear but when the car is on Im not able to shift at all. the only wy to move my car is to turn the car on in gear and move it slowly. I had the car towed to my friends shop being that I didnt want to drive it like this. any suggestions?

Im guessing your Through out bearing(TOB) went out. Did you ever notice a noise before it failed when you push in the TOB? TOB is a cheap OEM part if everything else is ok, just have to remove the tranny and thats where it can be expensive if you dont do it yourself.
