780's

It all depends on how much money you have and how far you want to go with it for right now. Is this a daily driver? The 16g is a great dd turbo and I would reccomend the 550s for that. You will also need a fuel pump and a safc or something of that sort. If you are interested in some of these parts PM me and I have some that I am selling. Good lick with your build.

How much boost are you planning to run? The EVO III is well into the 400hp range. I would suggest a SAFC if you havent already gotten one, so you can control your intectors at WOT and important points when your driving.

What are you going to use to tune it with? i wouldn't recommend it with an AFC. If you get something like DSMlink then go as high as your little heart desires.

Depends on what you have to tune with..........SAFC: you're at the limit of its capabilities. DSMLink: you can use them and have room to grow (but I would get at least 850s knowing what I know now).

Although for the 16G you do not need the 780s, it would just allow you room to grow.

edit: beatin' again.

It's always a good idea to make your fuel system overkill. That way you have room to grow. If you're like most of us, then you'll want more sooner or later.

if you have something to control the fuel injectors, it will be fine, if not, it will never matter what turbo you have...I had 780cc with small 16g, and it worked out fine. then I upgraded to a 60 trim, and those same 780cc injectors were still ok. But I also had a MAF translator to handle those larger injectors

Listen to FORJPM. What you tune with decides what injectors you run. Personally, I wouldn't go above 660s with an SAFC. However, you might just get away with them on a 20G, although it's obvious you won't be at stellar boost.

DSMLink goes with any size injectors you want to throw at it, but it's also more expensive and a steeper learning curve than the SAFC.

Btw... I just took a glance at your mod list and I see a 255 fuel pump with no AFPR. :|

yes yes, the buscher afpr is soon to come. but my friend is running the 20g on his 1st gen gsx and wants to upgrade to a gt30 i think. and hes on 780's with an SAFC II i would love to get dsmlink but for now i have an SAFC to work with. and yes its a daily driver. but i was debating because i can get the evo III and the 20g for around the same price.
