Cutting Out Problem

It All Started About A Week Ago When I Was Getting On The Freeway And I Got On It In Third And At About 4500 It Started To Cut Out So I Let Off.
The Next Day When I Was Trying To See What The Problem Was Trying To Tune It Thinking That Was The Problem It Did It Again But In Second Gear And It Was As Soon As I Hit Full Boost Wich Was 18 Psi. I Tried To Tune It Out But Could Not It Kept Getting Worse So I Turned The Boost Down To 10 Psi To See If That Was The Problem And It Pulled Fine With A Little Bit Of Hesitation But Not Bad. The Next Night I Got On It And It Cut At Without Changing Anything So I Am Thinking It Could Be A Spark Problem Or A Bad Maf But I Am Not Sure And I Dont Kow How To Check To Make Sure They Are Bad.
 
Check the usual...

1: Boost leak.
2: Spark plugs (gap) and wires (arcing).
3: Base timing.
4: Consult your logger (knock?).

My money is on a boost leak since it was still occuring at a lower boost setting. Good luck!
 
i have had boost leaks before and this does not seem like one it seems more like a fuel cut but it starts to spudder before it does cut
 
i did not change a thing and i got on it again today and no cut but a little hesitation i dont know what the problem could be
 
i just ran my codes and i have
P0136
P0141
P0443

could any of these be the problem
 
Depends...

Are you running an aftermarket cat? What exhaust system are you using?

P0136 is a faulty secondary o2 sensor - your car has 2 o2 sensors one on the manifold and another just after the cat. Code P0141 indicates its bank1 (the o2 sensor downstream of the cat).

P0443 is the evaporative Emission control system purge valve circuit malfunction (AKA: EGR). Have you modified your vacuum lines? Have you blocked off your EGR or unplugged it?
 
i have 3 inch turbo back with no muffler or cat and i eliminated all of the vaccum lines that are not needed so if the problem isnt there then what could it be.
i think i just might have to have someone else tune it.
 
2G cars have a second o2 sensor just after the cat. If you are not running a cat or anything for that matter after your DP, this is one reason for your CLE. The other error code is likely caused by a disconnected EGR.

Personally, I don't think this is the reason your car is cutting out. Do you have a logger? Can you post a log of a 3rd gear pull? Perhaps that would shed some light on your issue.

i dont know if this matters but on my safc when i am full throttle it only reads 85-90 but that is when the engine is not running so it could be different while driving not sure.
