Need help on what this is.

Ok, was putting in a new battery yesterday, and saw this connector with a fuse hanging next to it, now it doesn't look old and beat up like its just been hangin there for 11 years, it looks like it was hooked up....recently, , but i just need help figuring out what its for and where it goes, thanks

Do you have an aftermarket sound system in your car, ie subs?

If so, it could be the power or ground for them.

nope, nothing aftermarket audio, visual, or lighting was ever in the car, but good idea

Hmm, was it perchance attached to anything prior to the battery change? Try and see what it'll reach to.

it reaches to negative and posotive terminals, good bit of passenger side of firewall, IM and TB, anyone mind checking there car when they get a chance to see if maybe they can find it? thanks

I'm gonna say it goes to either one of the terminals. Do you have anything connected to the terminals as of now?
