Im new to DSMs, i know about some of there flaws, but what i need help with is how to make my car reasonably fast, with a good suspension set up....i dont want to run 10's but i have done some basic upgrades and im wondering what some other things i could use to boost up my power so i can run mid. to high 13's........as i stand my car has: 3" Exhaust, Down pipe, Hard upper and lower intercooler piping, HKS intake filter, GReddy RS BOV, Turbo XS Boost controler, 1G intake manifold, plug wires, and an Apexi Timer. Im boosting 10psi (have a real boost gauge) not the stock "boost gauge." My suspension is all stock but im not sure what is recomended for a DSM, i was thinking of going with a TIEN coilover set up but im not sure. ne advice would help

The Teins are a very good setup. However for your goals they might be alittle overkill. I would suggest you go with a set of KYB AGX shocks and Eibach springs. I have this setup on my 1G and they are great. This combo will save you alittle money over the Teins.

I'll assume that you have already done your free mods and done alittle hacking on your MAF. A good clutch upgrade should be thrown in here somewhere as good insurance. Maybe a LSD later on.

You seem to already have a good foundation started to make some power. I would suggest with your goals that you go with a Walboro fuel pump upgrade and rewire the pump next. With your goals the 190lph model should be ok and you don't have to buy a AFPR with it. You could also go with a 255lph model to give yourself alittle more breathing room but with this pump you will have to get a AFPR.

After that head for a turbo upgrade for that tiny T25. A cheap solution would be to buy a used 14B. These can be had cheap. But some variant of the 16G would probably be your best choice.

When you step up to the 16G alittle fuel control would be a good idea. A set of 550cc injectors and SAFC should do nicely. If you're feeling like being nice to your car add a FMIC and you should be well within your goals. 12's should be possible.

Hope this helps. In the words of the great moderators and wisemen, if all else fails visit http://www.dsmtuners.com/sub.php?page=2gtupgrades
