Idle Surging... ETC.

Hello... I Recently installed a t3/t4 turbo, tubular exhaust manifold, tial bov, tial wastegate, and greddy fmic. My car used to idle surge, and it still does even though i swapped everything over. all of the vacuum lines are correct. I am now adding 650cc injectors, with a s-afc to tune it and see what happens. I took out my throttle body, and i am cleaning it out, as well as i will try to replace the ISC motor, as it could easily be bad because it is not in good condition. I really have no other idea of what it could be... When i rev it up, and it comes back down, it bogs down, and then comes back up, and wants to die. most the time its idle will be everywhere, and it doesnt know what its doing. My radiator lines also have high pressure, although i am not sure if it is supposed to or not, i would like to know if that is normal. My new slim radiator fans are not turning on, and i really have no idea why, i already replaced the thermostat. If there is any help or any ideas, please help out if possible. thanks guys!

If you do a search for "idle surge" on this site you'll find lots & lots of threads dealing with the topic. Also, if you're not familiar with it, check out www.vfaq.com. Read up on idle surge. You will find it's usually a bad ISC motor. As far as high radiator pressure, I'm sure you can tell by your hoses bulging out. That means they need to be changed as they are getting soft. That will fix that problem. For the fans, did your stock fans work before? If so check fuses and relay's to make sure you didn't bump a wire wrong and blow one out while installing the fans.

wow... thanks guys. i hopefully should be able to fix my problem, i had no idea about the relays.. can someone show me pics on where the fuse and relays for the fans are located exactly at? i would be greatly appreciated!
