My 1st Gen DSM sometimes will boost really well and i will get a lot of great pull. However, sometimes i will get some pull from first and all of the rest of the gears will have high boost levels (According to stock boost gauge), but they will feel like there is no extra boost. The RPMs still go up as normal also. This makes the car get louder and i can hear the turbo spooling as normal, but not as much boost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a cracked exhaust manifold. Or you are heatsoaking your IC and everything under the hood and pulling mad timing. Either way boost leak test first.

Im not sure if this is a dumb question, but what do you mean by heatsoaking my Intercooler and pulling mad timing?

Inlet side of the intercooler should feel warm and outlet should feel cold. If both sides are warm then you are getting heat soak. To find out if you are pulling timing from knock you will need some way to log what the ecu is seeing.
