Ok so i just put my clutch everyhting is good. When its cold or when the car has been on off overnight in the morning all the gears go in perfect, but when its gets to normal temp. when i put third gear in it grinds. What can this be.

Id say that too but I had the same problem but for 1st gear. Whenever it gets warm, it would gind in 1st no matter what. I just went to a GM dealer and bought some GM Syncroshift and changed the tranny fluid. It has worked so far and that was 3 months ago. I'd say try that or what the guy above me said.
