You guys have helped so much in the past, so here we go! MY 95 talon tsi AWD went from starting after many trys (like 40 or 50) to now doing nothing, not a thing when I turn the key. Before it made a clicking behind the radio and you also had to turn the key just right and it would start now nothing no ccranking nothing. So where should I start? ANY help would be apricated!:talon:

Didn't we determine in your old thread, that it was your ignition key module? Have you tried taking it out to see if you have any loose wires, and anything out of the norm? I would start there since you have to "turn and place the key in the exactly right spot".

hey Blackbyrd, It started to do fine when you did it right and all was good. So now, I am getting nothing .You say ignition key module, is that the same as the switch? Thats what im thinking. Sorry to be posting again but I have to try to make stuff last in my car as long as I can. My wife is getting pissed on the time and money ive spent on the car and were having a kid in Dec. So its tough, Im trying to get it fixed without bull shi#ing around

Yeah the switch. Sorry the word escaped my head at the moment, haha.
Tell your wife to calm down, It's a DSM. It's your second baby, haha.
But yeah, drop your ignition switch, and check all connections on it, and start there. It could be the switch itself, which would be easy enough to replace if it was. So don't worry, whatever it is, it's just a car, can't be that difficult.
Congradulations on your kid though!

Thanks man, I am going to go see how to check it at advanced auto I got a buddy up there. Can u give me any insight on how to pull it and chech it out or replace it? That would kick ass!

Mine did the exact same thing, but it wasn't the switch, it was the starter. I wish you hadn't called the rollback already, i forgot to ask if you've tried roll starting it yet.

Guys got it all fixed it was only the switch ( thank god ) but thank ya much. you were right blackbyrd you were right. I should have done it before!
