The timing dip between 6 - 7k rpm indicates you are probably knocking - need to add some fuel there. What are you SAFC setting for the trigger points & the HI Throttle? What boost are you running? Can you get more samples per second for your log? Have you read the tuning guide on this site?

The 4-7K area needs some work. Looks like your knocking through out that rpm range.

what boost are you running on what turbo

i would say add fuel between 4-7rpm but if your running a small16g @ 25psi for this run then i would say turn the boos down.

Did you check your TPS before you started logging? How about plugs and wires? Leak check?

yes i did check the tps and my plugs and wires are brand new, im not new to tuning i just had to start over due to some problems that caused me to loose all my settings and i have been having some issues this time around and thought i'd get some advise
and i am runnud 20psi on a b16g

When are you reaching full boost? Your timing dip looks really late for a 16g. Is it possible for you to increase your sampling rate as Neal suggested above?

I would do that and then add a couple of percent above 4k and make another pull.
