in need of a new flywheel?

ok my starter was worn out and was staying in too long.....in replaced it and its good now but when im in neutral and rev it up it grinds(sounds like the flywheel) i think the starter may have worn down the flywheel......also it does it when im first warming up the car or just start to drive it
and help would be appreciated

My old 86 Toyota pickup does this, turn the key back a little bit after turning it on.

its not starter related though........it seems to mostly start when i put it into gear....and when the engine warms up its gone
