Where to get my turbo rebuild in MN ?

My 60 trim turbo's gaskets were blown and the turbo is leaking oil badly. I already took it apart but I have no tool to take the wheels out so I need somebody to do the turbo rebuild. I am in Saint Cloud, MN. If anyone know where and who do the turbo rebuild, please let me know.
