symptoms of failing injectors?

can you guys shoot me some known symptoms of injectors failing? i think mine or one of mine are failing and need to make sure.. although its an excuse for an upgrade

the symptoms i just experienced were starting as if the MAF was unplugged.. ran rough for 5 seconds and died.. i moved the injectors around in their seat and it fixed it.

ideas?

Mostly poor performance and bad gas mileage... oh, and you can add hard starting to that list too. How many miles do you have on your car? Injectors should last at least 100K miles...
