Alright on both Dejon tool and Slowboy racing website site the Curved Dejon Intake pipe is about 130 bucks. But they give options for the BOV tube for 20 more bucks. Are they asking if you want the inlet pipe that is part of the intake that goes to the BOV or are they asking if you want alittle rubber hose to connect the BOV to the Intake? Just wondering cuase 20 bucks for alittle rubber hose would be insane. So it just kinda makes sense that for 20 bucks it would be the part of the intake that goes to the BOV but I also would think that its meant to be there so why make it a option? I danno blonde moment mabye it just hit me on the way home from school and its been bugging me LOL.

Thanks

They are talking about the flange that the bov tube goes on which allows your to recirculate your bov.

So it is the part that is connect to the intake itself? And on Dejon site it has option for all tubes. Does that mean I would need to get the option with all tubes to hook up all the stock hoses that goes onto the stock Intake?

This is one from Dejon with the BOV recirculation tube option. It just allows you to connect the BOV up and continue recirculating it:

Now, if you have a BOV like a TiAL that you cannot recirculate, you have no need for this option, and can get this type:

Edit: yes, in order to connect everything up (PCV, emissions stuff, etc.) you would need to choose that option.

Ok well on the mod list for the website in the tech guide it said get the intake first. Well I think im going half to think more on the subject because im not sure yet if I want to do the GM MAS route or just keep it recirculating.

Another question on this then I know there are 4 hoses connected to the Intake. From the PVC, Charcole Box, BOV and one from the bottom of it not sure where it leads didn't look yet. How could you get a intake with just the BOV flange and not the other? I know the PVC you could do without but the charcol box and the other how could you not have them connected?

You can completely remove the charcoal canister if you aren't worried about emissions. It eliminates a lot of lines, too. You can just put a filter on the valve cover "intake" side of the PCV system, which would eliminate that hose as well.

I'd suggest not buying an intake until you're absolutely sure what route you're going to take. What hp level are you shooting for with this car?

Its my DD car so im aiming for mabye 300-350 proble not even that even 350 high but mabye. I do have a fuel filter on the PVC line works well. Also I hear that in PA where I live they may be taken up CA emmission laws im scared LOL cause of right now we don't need to get emmission stickers. I want to possible run Low 15's mabye get into the 14's at the drags.

Well with that goal in mind, I highly suggest keeping the stock MAF you have now. There is no need for you to convert to a GM MAF. And with the MAF you have now, you'll need to continue recirculating, so make sure to get an intake that allows for this.

Eliminating the emissions stuff is up to you. Order the intake with whatever holes you'd like, it's your preference.
