Just looking around for a GM MAFT. Local guy has one but what I see is 3 pins going down and 2 TINY wires going across. see 2 at top and missing one at that bottem.

Is it still ok or does that mean its no good

You'll need the little wire. These are the most vital part of the entire MAF. These little filaments are like those in lightbulbs. You know how when you burn out a light and you look in it? You'll see the filament broken. This gap prevents the transfer of electricity/heat so the lightbulb no longer works. Same with the MAF.
