Subject says it all. I'm pretty tired of reading "White People," "PC Magazine," "Aryan Brotherhood," and "Griott's Garage" when taking a dump. Some dedicated DSM or car performance magazines would spice up those times when I eat my dinner on the can.

Thanks!

Ok, this will most likely be moved to the hangout, you can post there, this isnt really performance question related, but I will awnser it any ways. I like Turbo( they have some 1Gs, 2Gs, and EVOs in it), I also read Super Street they have there stuff tgether except for the funny spelling misstakes, but it adds some humor to it IMO:), there is Modified, and a bunch more, just go to your local Wal-Mart, and look in there , oh yeah there is D Sport as well.
EDIT: Shawn ya beat me to it, I love Turbo, a mag just about turbo'd cars, and DSMs are regulars in it, what more can you ask for.

Yeah, SCC, Import tuner, and some of the others are just a universal magazine to read, yeah, sorry, there are no just DSM magazines, if there were, do you know how many of us would subscribe, alot of us would, but the others would be photocopying them because of the lack of funds due to our beloved DSM's, but in any case, there are some good articles out there, just keep your eyes open...

SCC used to be good back when Scott Oldham was editor and they had that whole good crew. Even after Oldham when that guy Josh took over it was good, they still had Dave Coleman and Mike Kojima (actual intelligent people) writing tech and Holstein writing the entertaining articles. That magazine is garbage now, I won't be renewing my subscription. I don't give two sh!ts about the JDM sub-sub-compact scene, drifting, project tC, etc. They used to build real cars, now they built an Evo MR, throw in 650's and tune it to a 12.5:1 AFR on 91 octane.:toobad: Screw that, I prefered reading about Coleman's rust bucket Silvia, I actually learned stuff from that. Of course this isn't even to mention the fact that I've founds tons of errors in their technical information and it sounds like the new writers have never even been around cars before, like they hired them from Good Housekeeping or something. These guys put poly mounts is a car and cry that it vibrates too much, SCC never did that, they put a full poly bushing kit in project SRT-4 and then complained it still wasn't stiff enough. That's the stuff I want to read.

End rant.

But I think that gets the point across that I agree with the OP. And other magazines are 10x worse. SuperStreet is written by a bunch of idiots, Turbo is alright but the cars are all high dollar show cars and same goes for Modified Mag.

Turbo, Grass Roots Motorsports, and SCC are the only three Ill have anything to do with. I also miss Dave Coleman and his techno babble, but things change, there are still some good articles/reading to be taken from SCC.
